About This Event
Every business wants to increase profits. But often micro and small businesses lose sight of profits in the whirlwind of day-to-day operations. Their strategy is this – increase sales, control expenses, and live to open for business another day. But that strategy is exhausting and often not the best way to increase profits. In this workshop, we’ll walk you through how you can develop a winning strategy for increasing profits by taking a closer look at your financials. Of course, we’ll look at your P&L with some special attention to COGS/Cost of Services, but we’ll also talk about what your Accounts Receivable, budget, cash flow, and balance sheet tell you. Come and discover the winning strategy for your business – it’s hiding in plain sight in your financials!
