As business owners, so much is out of our control during these unprecedented times. Many of us are experiencing revenue loss, furloughing employees, facing uncertainty about reopening, having hours cut at our day jobs, and grappling with tough decisions in our businesses and our lives. 


The only thing we DO have control over is how we respond to these crises.


In times of fear, our brains switch over to their primitive functions of fight, flight, or freeze. It is nearly impossible to make rational decisions or find creative solutions when our brain is hijacked by negative emotions.


This workshop will introduce the concept of “Mental Fitness” and how we can build up the muscles in our brains that respond to adverse situations with creativity, curiosity, gratitude, confidence, and clear, laser-focused action. 


Think of it as Jedi mind training for your brain!


This workshop will cover:

  1. Ten types of self-sabotaging thoughts and how to identify them
  2. Five “sage” powers (your inner Jedi) and how to access them
  3. The 2-minute daily practice that will flip the switch in your brain from fear to solutions


Building these simple skills will change your business and your life. You will learn how to turn this pandemic into an opportunity to discover creative solutions and to change the way you approach all of life’s challenges.

Liz Wyman is a life coach who helps entrepreneurial women master their mindset so that they can grow their business and do the work they love.
