Things are changing fast in the business landscape. It's important to reconnect to how your work fits into the bigger picture of what you are trying to create in the world and strategize how you will operate in these unprecedented times.
This workshop is intended to be an opportunity to pause and reflect upon the work you’ve done to date, revisit and reconnect to your vision and values, and intentionally chart your future all while connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs.
Attendees will:
- Articulate a vision statement for their business
- Set short- and long-term goals
- Learn how to communicate vision and values to customers

About the Instructor:
Erin Allgood grew up with a fierce love of sustainability, a passion for women’s rights, and a commitment to social justice. As the founder of ELA Consulting, Erin harnesses entrepreneurship as a vehicle for social change. Her clients include women launching social enterprises, nonprofits looking to authentically communicate and carry out their missions, and businesses that want to align their values with their cultures and their products or services.
A lifelong Granite Stater, Erin resides in New Hampshire’s Seacoast region and works as a social impact strategist and coach. Drawing from her studies in systems thinking, intersectional feminism, and ecological design, Erin has a unique perspective on the role businesses and nonprofits play in creating a more resilient and equitable future.
