The QuickBooks Online Set-Up workshop is specifically designed for business owners, administrative staff, and bookkeepers who are new to QuickBooks Online. QB Online has a variety of different subscription options. During this workshop, we will help you choose the one that is right for your company, so that you can register right then and there. You will also learn how to set up your chart of accounts, create and send customized invoices, enter bills from vendors into your account, and learn how to link and reconcile your bank accounts.

About the Instructors:

Ashley Morse has over 12 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience and is the owner of Necessary Numbers, which specializes in helping start-ups and small businesses. They provide full-service bookkeeping (including budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory tracking) and payroll services, as well as training and consulting for times when companies just need a little extra help. We specialize in helping you make your bookkeeping practices efficient and effective. Ashley is a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and also has experience with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Payroll and Gusto (an online payroll service).

Leanne Horvath has 18 years of experience in accounting and specializes in accounting systems and software optimization for business. She has worked with small and enterprise size organizations and throughout many different industries. Throughout her career she has built, restructured and optimized accounting departments and operations in various stages of the organization’s development and this has allowed her to become knowledgeable with many different accounting platforms, point of sale products, project management software and inventory management software including track and trace. Leanne pioneered remote working systems back in 2014, well before the pandemic and that experience has become very valuable. Now she brings her expertise to Keene New Hampshire as a consultant and works with her friend and partner Ashley Morse.
