Are you a Manager or Supervisor, the head of a department or a team? Your ability to guide individuals and groups is a significant factor that influences morale, productivity, turnover, and the health of the workplace. Join us for this engaging and practical series of workshops that will build your confidence and toolkit to lead others. The Management & Leadership Series covers essential knowledge and tools that often are not directly developed despite advancement into supervisory roles.
These online workshops are interactive with time built in for break-out rooms, large group discussions, personal reflections, and practice time for new skills. This series is great for anyone who leads others and would like to work on skills, learn more about their own leadership strengths and struggles, and gain a multitude of practical tools and resources. We draw heavily from the “real world” experiences of participants, so come prepared to share your own ideas and be inspired by others in the group.
