Through lots of interactive learning we not only deepen our understanding of these dynamics, we also learn take-back-to-work tools. The environments of our workplace are entirely the result of choices and actions each of us make, let’s be good stewards of them!

But then there are the exceptions. This workshop will provide strategies and tools to help you change patterns that disrupt others, diminish productivity, and deplete morale. This workshop will have lots of “hands on” opportunities for those who want it, so bring actual situations you are facing (sample scenarios will also be used).
