Are you a seasoned business owner? Bookkeeping for a business? Contemplating branching out on your own? It's never too late to learn the ins and outs of a proper Chart of Accounts and how it can affect your business. This is not an overly technical class about bookkeeping, but instead an instruction and baseline for how your books should be kept. This class will outline what a Chart of Accounts is, how to set up your accounts, how to add/subtract accounts, and how a properly structured COA can impact your decision-making. If you have a strong chart of accounts, it can save your tax preparer time, which as you may or may not know, will save you money. As always questions are encouraged and both newbies and seasoned veterans are welcome!
