Being a successful entrepreneur can feel like crazy-making. You have to be:
When your business requires you to trade hats weekly, daily (maybe even hourly), work can feel impossible. But there is a way to be everything your business needs you to be—by harnessing your emotional intelligence.
We’ve all heard the term “emotional intelligence” or it’s abbreviation “EQ” a lot! So what is it really?
These days, EQ plays just as significant a role as IQ in an entrepreneur’s success (maybe even more so!). Do you, as an entrepreneur, fully understand all the different personalities within yourself and how to use them, shift between them, tamp them down, or ramp them up in order to succeed?
When you harness your EQ and learn to be agile and shift YOURSELF, it allows your business to shift in powerful ways. Want to learn how?
Join us for our upcoming workshop about how to harness your EQ. First, we’ll identify your natural tendencies and discuss why they can sometimes get in the way of your best interactions with employees, vendors, and clients.
Then, we’ll explore easy-to-apply principles that will help you tap into your strengths, stretch outside your comfort zone, and become exceptionally agile as an entrepreneur.
Leave with a renewed sense of how to motivate, get buy-in, remove tension, and cultivate stronger connections. Shift yourself, shift your business, and watch it grow in 2021. This is a workshop you don’t want to miss.
Reserve your spot today and make EQ your superpower in the new year!
