About This Event
This session is for executive directors and leadership teams at small to mid-size nonprofits who are watching people burn out and aren't sure how to fix it. We'll name the structural patterns that drive staff culture problems, you'll test a few adjustments, and we'll all hopefully walk out feeling lighter and more purposeful.
