Business Lab™ is a fast-paced, interactive program of seven classes held over seven weeks, designed to help you create, refine, implement, and present your business. The course helps you define the fundamental purpose of your business and the core value it offers to your customers. Hannah Grimes’ program director and several guest instructors will cover the essentials of business strategy, finance and profitability, marketing and sales, business planning, and project implementation. Not only will you learn all of those business skills, but you will also join a cohort of local entrepreneurs who learn from and support each other throughout the process.
