This workshop will address key factors in starting a company from type of company to raising money to building a financial plan to assessing your customers. As an introduction to startups, we will look at determining who your customer is, what problem they have that you are addressing, why they should pick your solution, and how you will reach them. As most companies are formed so that they can also be a financial success, we will also look at the fundamentals of building a financial plan. Attendees will leave with the resources needed to take the next step in starting a new venture.
